I had the most wonderful stay at a charming apartment near the Colosseum. The location was perfect, with nearby local restaurants and a cozy neighborhood square. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with adorable decor featuring wooden beams on the ceiling. The host was also very responsive to my emails. If I ever return to this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Despite being an old house, I appreciated the traditional charm, although it's important to be mindful of noise for the neighbors. I highly recommend this apartment for a delightful stay in Rome.

We had a great time exploring the southern Roman archaeology sites and House&Colosseum was the perfect base. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the Forums, Colosseum, Appian Way, Palatine, and Circus Maximus. We even had a view of Augustus' Temple from our room! The surrounding area had a great selection of restaurants and shops, and the neighborhood had a wonderful vibe. The room itself was rustic and charming, with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed, Italian coffee machine, and cold air blower were much appreciated extras. a fantastic stay!
Would highly recommend this hotel.

The apartment had a private entrance, which made me feel like a VIP. I loved the city views from the apartment, especially while sipping my ice-cold drinks from the fridge.
Oh, who needs breakfast anyway? Definitely not me, with their "joke" of mini hard bread and mini croissants.

Amazing location! Just a short walk to all the best historic sites and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was handy for making breakfast. Plus, the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat.
The check-in process was a total disaster. We arrived late in the evening and had to wait outside in a dark alleyway for 20 minutes before someone finally showed up with the key.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful apartment with lovely city views. Plus, the convenient airport shuttle service and the option to rent a bicycle made my stay even more enjoyable.
Oh, how I savored the constant noise from neighbors and the outdated furnishings. Truly an unforgettable experience.

When it comes to equipped kitchens, this hotel takes the cake! The fridge was big enough to fit all our Italian gelato and the stovetop allowed us to whip up some truly gourmet meals. It was like playing MasterChef right in our own private apartment.
Ventilation in the bathroom.
